The Painted Edge is the new kids choice for fun creative parties. Invoke your child’s creative abilities with a paint party that he or she will always remember.

We bring the party to your front door at your home, park, or any venue of your choice. We even have our studio available for your paint party. If you don’t have an ideal location, we can have your party at one of our local partnering restaurant venues or at any approving venue of your choice. 

Information:

There is a nonrefundable deposit of $25 applied to the party total. There is also a non-refundable mobile party fee of $50 to locations in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Paint sessions for kids ages 6 to 16. Children should be 6 years old or older to paint. Anyone 5 years old and under will require a parent to sit and assist their child with the painting.

Mobile Birthday Paint Parties start out at $25 per painter for an 8x10 pre-drawn canvas or $35 for 11x14 pre-drawn canvas and all supplies needed for your party. If adults will be joining in on the fun it is $45 per painter and that includes a 16 x 20 canvas.

If The Painted Edge hosts the party at our studio, discount of $5 off per person.

We require a minimum of 10 painters to host a mobile paint party or a minimum of 8 painters for an in-studio paint party. Painting time for kids is 1.5 hours and each child gets to take their creative piece with them as a keepsake!

We will provide 1.5 hours of our services for painting. We will arrive 1/2 hour ahead of time to set up the event. Please block 2.5 hours for your event: 1/2 hour before and after for setup and cleanup.

You will be responsible for all drinks and food. 

We will need you to provide the table and chairs to set-up​. However, we can provide this for an additional fee.

We will cover your table and provide everything else that’s needed for your guests to paint and enjoy. This will consist of aprons for each child, paint supplies and instructors.

Refund Cancellation Policy

The deposit is to secure a requested paint party date. Once you have booked your paint party, we lock the date in on the calendar on no other guests are able to book for that date. Because of this the deposit is Non-refundable.

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your paint party, we have a 7-day cancelation policy. If your cancelation is at least 7 days before your event you will get a full credit (no cash refund) of your deposit amount or the option to reschedule.

If cancellation is done within the allotted time, the reservation deposit and any reserved seats will be given a studio credit towards an event or class. This credit will not expire and can be used for an event in the future or given as a gift. 

If you fail to give us at least one week (7 days) notice from your scheduled event date, your RESERVATION DEPOSIT will NOT be CREDITED TOWARDS ANY EVENT OR CLASS NOR WILL IT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU. If your guests don’t show up for any reason, please understand that you have a minimum number to meet, and the total balance remains despite guest changes.
